1. Who we are
Top 3 Kosher is a service of Menzo.ai, a product of Excersys Inc ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using this website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Informational purpose & editorial opinion
The Service provides editorial rankings, scores, and commentary about restaurants for general informational purposes. These are our subjective opinions based on public information and our published methodology, not statements of objective fact, professional advice, or a guarantee of any kind.
3. Kashrut is not certified by us
We are not a kosher-certification authority. Kashrut information can change without notice and may be inaccurate or out of date. You must confirm a restaurant's current certification directly with the restaurant and its certifying agency. See our Disclaimer.
4. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or current.
5. Advertising & editorial independence
Rankings and scores are never for sale. Paid or sponsored placements, if any, are clearly labeled and do not influence a restaurant's rank or score. Paid features affect only how a listing is presented — never its position.
6. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party sites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's design, text, rankings, methodology, and the Top 3 Kosher and Menzo.ai names and marks are owned by Excersys Inc and its licensors. Restaurant names and certifying-agency names are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions of the Service without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excersys Inc and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including any decision made based on kashrut information or rankings. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excersys Inc from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
